Harold W. Vogel, age 84, died Monday, August 14, 2017. He was born April 17, 1933 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Anthony and Elizabeth (Blackburn) Vogel and is also preceded in death by son, Jeffrey Vogel. Harold is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara (Johnson) Vogel; son, Timothy Vogel (Melinda); grandsons, Michael and Jonathan Vogel; sister, Dorothy Julian (Ted); nieces and nephews. Harold was a US Army Veteran who served in Korea; employed in the banking industry 44 years retiring from the US Bank. He was an avid golfer and member of the Highlands Golf Club as well as a grand master bridge player. His family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2017 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna. Inurnment 11 a.m. Saturday August 26 at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
