

Harry L. “Skip” Pfeffer, age 80, of Galloway, died Tuesday June 2, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Myrtle (Lesley) Pfeffer. Skip is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Evelyn; children, Lisa (Bob) Wright, Randal Pfeffer, Gary Pfeffer, Kristy (Che’ Weaver) Pfeffer; grandchildren, Bobby (Monica) Wright, Katie Wright, Andrew, Garrett, Allie, Olivia Pfeffer; great granddaughter, Aubrey Pfeffer; and sisters, Sara “Sal” Miller and Becky (Walt) Lange. He was an amazing man who logged millions of miles driving semi trucks across the United States of America. He worked for Gulf Oil from the Delmont Terminal, owned and operated his own trucks, was an airplane pilot. He loved to fly, hunt and fish. Skip was a member of the American Legion Don Gentile Post 532, and the Coon Hunter’s Club. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
