Hazel June Thomas, 80, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017. She was born in Harrison County, WV on August 19, 1936 to the late Brown and Faye (Frederick) Wilmoth. Hazel was a Red Hatter and enjoyed bowling, golfing and ballroom dancing. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Samuel J. Thomas; son, David J. Thomas; sister, Virginia Corley. Hazel is survived by her daughter Deborah (Victor) Alexander; sisters, Pauline (James) Satterfield, Gerri Stoneley (Irvin Weiner); grandson, Matthew (Rachael) Dunbar; great-grandson, Austin Dunbar. Hazel is also survived by her special friend James Rose and many wonderful friends and neighbors. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Schoedinger East Chapel 5360 E Livingston Ave 43232 where a funeral service will be held Monday June 26, 2017 at 10:00 am.
