Heather Renee Inocencio

Heather was a natural genius and self-made business CEO, founding The Product Consult in 2020. Known for her authenticity and enthusiasm for building community, Heather had a fervent passion for her work, a vision for making things better, and was a true pioneer in her field of product management. Heather valued people over profits and advocated for women in leadership roles in business. She blazed a trail and created a path for a new generation of product leaders by showing the depth of possibilities in a male-dominated industry.

Her adventurous spirit led to her love of travel and scuba diving. Heather also loved learning and seeking knowledge, especially in science, physics, and Buddhism. She also loved to garden, and her garden was often her sanctuary. Heather fiercely loved her wife and their two rescue bulldogs, her mother and stepfather, and her people (you know who you are).

Heather will be greatly missed by her wife Tia Suplizio, her mother Elizabeth Motter, stepfather Ron Motter, half-sister Kelly St Laurent, and the countless friends and lives she touched throughout the years.

In a world of shining stars, Heather was a galaxy.
