

Helen Louise “Hetty”, age 94, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Reynoldsburg, Ohio at Wesley Ridge Retirement Community. Graduated from Columbus South High School, Class of 1936. Prior to having her children, worked for Julian Kokenge Shoe Factory and McMahans Beauty Salon. Her primary occupation was loving wife, mother and homemaker. Member of Reynoldsburg Senior Center, formerly member of Swiss Club, DCSC, Mt. Carmel East Ladies Aux. , Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America Inc. Former member of Brookwood Presbyterian Church and Parkview Presbyterian Church. She was a Campfire Girls Leader, and very active and supportive in all of her children’s and grandchildren’s school activities and interests. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, and creating her artwork especially her many paintings. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Jim, for 40 loving years. They enjoyed traveling, socializing, and just being together. Preceded in death by her husband James C. Hoover, parents Clinton and Louise (Faerber) Beaver, brother William Beaver, sister Jane Baker, son-in-law Mark Bundesen. Survived by daughters, Deborah (Mike) Cox and Sally Bundesen; grandchildren, Jennifer (Steve) Wingo, Sandy (Dan) Sansuchat, Robbie (Maria) Downey; great-Grandson, Jayden Wingo; sister, Grace (Robert) Lewis; special friend Robert Miller; several nieces, nephews and extended family at Wesley Ridge Bishop Place. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. where funeral service will be held Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend R. Robert Kimes officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
