Helen Jones

Helen Margaret Jones, age 93, of Columbus, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2011. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 23, 1918 to the late Jacob F. and Velma A. (Moore) Long. Helen retired from Lazarus after many years of dedicated service. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Jones; son, David Jones; brother, John Long; and sisters, Annabelle Blair, Mary Hanesworth, and Dorothy Cooper. She is survived by her daughter in-law, Elaine Jones; grandsons, Kevin Jones, Keith (Tammy) Jones, and Jeff (Meghan) Jones; great grandchildren, Alex, Nathan, and Elizabeth; sister, Rose Styers; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:00AM with visitation one hour prior at the SCHOEDINGER MIDTOWN CHAPEL, 229 EAST STATE ST., COLUMBUS, OHIO.
