Herbert Allen Workman

Herbert Allen, or "Herb," Workman, was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, through his remarkable 70 years of life. Herb passed away peacefully in his home on October 12, 2021, in Columbus, OH. A native of Logan, WV., he was born on July 22, 1951, to the late, Herbert and Fanny Workman. On December 22, 1971, he married Lilee (McDonald) Workman. Herb is survived by his son, Herbert Allen Workman Jr., his grandchildren, Ciara, Chase, Katelyn, and Diana. He is also survived by his loving siblings, Fred Workman, Darrell Workman, Joann Nelson, Geraldine Maynard, Marie Nunley, Mary Perry, Pattie Davis, Lillian Tomblin, and Sherrie Workman. Herb was proceeded in death by his wife, Lilee (McDonald) Workman, and his son, Curt Workman.

Herb was a passionate family man, that wanted nothing more than infinite time with his wife, children, siblings, and grandchildren. He was a hard worker and had an avid interest in working with cars. Herbert Allen Workman lived a significant life, and will forever be missed by many. Arrangements are entrusted to, SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, EAST. No additional services will be held.
