Inez M. Leslie, age 81, of Lewis Center, passed away on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. She was born in Amelia, Virginia on May 12, 1930 to the late Ernest and Ella (McMillian) Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hoover Leslie, Sr.; daughter, Brenda Hayes; and nine siblings. Inez is survived by her son, Robert Hoover Leslie, Jr.; daughter, Diane Garrett; grandchildren, Angela (Adrian) Vazquez, Jonathan Leslie, Ilaria Leslie, Chad Garrett and Lindsey Garrett; great grandson, Mateo Vazquez; two siblings; many nieces and nephews; and special caregiver, Amy Reed. In accordance with Inez’s wishes she will be cremated and laid to rest at Dale Memorial Park, Chesterfield, Virginia. Arrangements have been entrusted to the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL.
