Irene C. Harrison

Irene C. Harrison, age 98, formerly of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away on Thanksgiving, November 25, 2010 at Autumn Wood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Rittman, Ohio. Irene was born August 19, 1912 in Newark, Ohio to the late John and Hazel Patterson. A loving and happy-go-lucky woman, Irene had retired from OAPSE and enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren grow up. She was highly respected and truly the rock of the family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Harrison; brother, Alvin Patterson and sister, Dorothy Koehler. She is survived by her son, Rodger (Nancy) Harrison; daughter, Donna “Joy” Babbitt; sister, Jeanne Hess; grandchildren, Lynne, Pete, Holly, Tracy, Scott and Kris as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
