Isabelle F. Williams

Isabelle F. Williams, age 93, died December 15, 2009. She was born October 31, 1916 to Alvin and Lindora Young. Isabelle was a graduate of North High School. After high school, she worked at Ohio Bell as a switchboard operator and then at Lazarus as an Ann Sterling operator. She loved to spend time with her husband at their cabin in Canada, where they shared summers together for over 20 years. Later in life, she enjoyed ceramics, bingo, knitting, and playing Euchre with friends. Isabelle is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Edgar Williams. She is survived by her children, Michael (Rita) Williams, Donald Williams, and Jo An (George) Phillippi; sister, Helen Justice; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Family will receive friends beginning 1 hour prior to the service.
