Jack W. Grant

He is preceded in death by his father. Jack is survived by his mother, Sondra Grant; daughters, Vanessa and Madison Grant; son, Jack W. Grant III; grand-daughter, Sophia Blazina; brothers, Christopher (Melissia) Pruett and Jeffrey (Corey Corbin) Grant; and numerous other cousins and nieces. Jack was a special soul who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. A Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway. Family will receive friends from 4 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Interment will follow in Galloway Cemetery.
