Jacqueline S. (Garee) Thompson, age 65, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the Kobacker House. She was a loving mom, grandma, sister and friend. Preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice and Jack Garee; sister, Judith (David) Tucker; and beloved PaPa Bill. Survived by her children, Stacie (Steven) Burigana and Stanley (Jodell) Thompson; grandchildren, Kristin, Hannah, Natalie and Madelyn; sisters, Denise (Jerry) Weatherby, Linda (Daniel) Straquadine, and Janice (Daniel) Lisska; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and dearest friend, Janice Ballinger. Family and friends will celebrate her life on Tuesday from 5-8 pm at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL 5554 Karl Road, Columbus, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6899 Smoky Row Rd., Columbus 43235.
