James Edward Lee Casey, Jr., age 58, of Columbus, died September 20, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. He was an accomplished artist whose work has been displayed at the Smithsonian. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Alvenia; brother, John; and granddaughter, Bridget. He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Daniel) Coy; grandsons, James and Todd Thornhill; siblings, Janette Casey, Jesse Casey, and Christine Casey-Blake; uncle, Sonny (Miriam) Love; former wife, Adele Huffman; many other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held from 5-7:00 p.m. Monday, September 28, 2015 at Schoedinger Hilltop Chapel, 3030 West Broad Street; a committal service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at the Chapel of Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Avenue.
