It was early Friday afternoon when I noted the obituary in Thursday's Dispatch that Jim had passed away. Too late to do anything but recall the fun times we had at DGC and
also the close relationship you had with my departed Rosemary. Five years + now.

A she had promised, Joy Slover called me at 3:30 pm today to advise me of his death.
Alzheimer's is such a cruel disease as we both know. I do hope that both of you did not
have to face it for a prolonged time.

You women golfers had a wonderful close group and all of you meant so much to each
other...................It is still nice to look back on those days.
