James Thomas Lake, age 72, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Grant Hospital. Jim was born on October 7, 1942 in Zanesville, OH. He was a US Army veteran and a former security guard with Allied Barton Security. Jim enjoyed hunting and fishing on Lake Erie. He is survived by his son, Robert Lake and his fiancée, Chealean; daughter, Maggie Lang; grandchildren, Autumn, Nevaeh, and Katie; brother, John Bond; sister, Barbara Bond; nephew, Johnny Bond; and his beloved beagle, Roxanne. Family will receive friends 4-7pm Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Schoedinger Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
