

Jammin Hsu age 83, a resident of Delaware died Saturday, April 3, 2010. She was born November 30, 1926 in Tainan, Taiwan, She immigrated to the United States in 1965 to Euclid, OH. She was a sewing teacher, Kindergarten teacher, a seamstress with Sears and owner of the Golden Pagoda Restaurant for sixteen years. She was a member of the Cleveland Taiwanese Christian Church and the Great Commission Christian Church in Richmond, CA. She needle pointed over three thousand crosses and made many quilts for missions. She was fluent in four languages: Japanese, Taiwanese, Mandarin and English. She loved cooking, music and reading the Bible. She loved people and they enjoyed her hospitality, smiles and friendship. She is preceded in death by her husband Morry Hsu of forty one years. She is survived by her children Peter (Anna) Tsai, Marlin (Joseph) Tien, Leilin (Steve) Hilde, Kirby (Debbie) Hsu, sixteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two brothers, three sisters, many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held today at 5:30 PM at the Grace Brethren Church, 6675 Worthington Galena Rd., Worthington, OH 43085. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Great Commission Christian Church, c/o of Marlin Tien, 2800 Poulos Ct. Pinole, CA. 94564, (memo to Benevolent Fund) in memory of Jammin Hsu.
