Janet (Farley) Coffman, age 45, passed away on April 26, 2013, at Monterey Care Nursing Home in Grove City, Ohio after a courageous battle with Huntington's Disease. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Ramon Coffman and her four children, Darrin, Danielle, Chelsea and Ellie; sisters, Michelle Douglass (Harold Douglass) and Tina Mechling (Neal Mechling).
