Janet was born April 11, 1948 in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Oscar and Virginia (Roberts) Lindamood. Jan was a Graduate of Union-Scioto High School and attended Ohio University. Jan devoted most of her time and efforts to her family, raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jan is survived by her children Tonya (Dave) Monnot and Stuart (Suzie) Van Buren; grandchildren Madeleine, David, Sarah, Jenna and Kate; cousin Cathy Lindamood (Mary Roach); brother in law Ronald (Glenda) Van Buren; several nieces and cousins. In addition to her beloved husband of 46 years, Stanley Van Buren, she was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sondra Lindamood.
Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm Friday, May 14, 2021 at Schoedinger Worthington, 6699 N. High Street. Memorial contributions may be made to CHA Animal Shelter or to The Cat Welfare Association.
