.Jason Christopher Pitz, age 43, October 29, 2014. Jason was born in Lima, OH on August 10, 1971. So smart, talented, funny, thoughtful, complicated, and well loved. Survived by his father David Pitz; beloved sister Leah (Jon) Ford; nephew Alexander Ford; aunts Linda, Sue and Anne; spare mom Jeannette Birkhoff; and a village of people who loved him. Waiting for him, is his mother Jeanne Dhayer; spare mom Amy “Pops” Smith; grandparents Charles and Pauline Kissel; and aunt Barb Frueh. A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm, Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the North Columbus Friends Meeting House, 1954 Indianola Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43201.
