Jean A. Diorio

Jean A. Diorio, age 75, of Columbus, Ohio went to be with the Lord on June 3, 2012, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. She was born March 11, 1937 in Lima, Ohio, graduated from Columbus North High School, and enjoyed a long career with The Kroger Company, from where she retired. During her retirement, she enjoyed being involved in Amici Doro and the Ioa Tau Sigma Sorority. She was preceded in death by her mother, Goldie Wilson and husbands, C.J. Williams and Andrew Diorio. She was a loving mother to Sandy Williams Dye (Frank) of Lewes, DE and Tracey Williams Sanok of Columbus, OH. She was an adored grandmother to Stephanie (Ryan) Marshall of Galloway, OH, Brandon Dye of Millsboro, DE and Jerrod Sanok of Gahanna, OH; beloved sister to Woody (Sharon) Hooper of Baltimore, OH, Barbara Moore of Pataskala, OH and Ginger (Tom) Wilson of Columbus; beloved sister-in-law and friend to Betty Guisinger; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends, who were very special to her. Family will receive friends 5-8pm Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus, OH 43229 where a Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday at 10am; interment Union Cemetery; Chaplain Patricia Stout, officiating.
