Jeffrey Michael McMullen

Born on November 9th, 1979, Jeffrey was the beloved husband of Samara Baptist; son of Donna Perna and Gerard McMullen; cherished brother of Justin McMullen; son-in-law of Ann Baptist Phillip and Charles Baptist; brother-in-law to Stanley Baptist, Lowrene Baptist Sanborn, Kizzy Baptist, and Shaphan Baptist; and dearly loved by a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends who were family.

Jeffrey was a master in the kitchen, known for his creative dishes and passion for making everything from scratch. His culinary talents were matched only by his vast knowledge of life and his ability to excel at anything he set his mind to. A true hot sauce enthusiast, he added flavor not only to his meals but also to the lives of those around him.

Adored by all who knew him, Jeffrey never met a stranger. His warm spirit and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered, creating friendships that spanned a lifetime.

A funeral service will be held at Schoedinger Funeral Services in East Columbus, 5360 East Livingston Ave., on June 7th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
