Jerry L. Bradner Leake, age 52, passed away after a longtime battle with kidney disease. Jerry was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 9, 1963 to Don E. Bradner and Beverly (Jack) Leake. Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a huge fan of Bruce Lee and marital arts. Jerry also collected Coke Cola memorabilia. Preceded in death by his father, Don E. Bradner; brothers, Timothy and Chris Bradner; and uncle, Flint Zuckerman. Survived by his parents, Beverly and Jack Leake; brothers, Shawn (Nicki) Leake, Jack and John Leake; lots of aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will receive friends 4-7 pm Monday, March 7, 2016 at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio where funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Interment Sunset Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to American Kidney Foundation.
