Jimmy A. Miller Jr., age 47, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025. He was born February 9, 1978, in Columbus, OH. Jimmy is survived by the love of his life, Jamie Miller, loving parents; Jimmy A. Miller Sr. and Janice Miller, sons; Andrew Miller, and Jimmy A. Miller III, and many fury friends including Loki, Chaos, Culley, Bandit, Smokey, Trussel, and Brutus, along with other dear family and friends. He is preceded in death by, brother, Steven Miller, mother-in-law, Particia J Yager, father-in-law, James P. Yager, grandparents; John and Betty Miller, and Thomas and Audrey Wheeler, and best pal, Chopper.
Jimmy was a hardworking, devoted, and compassionate person. He took great pride in providing for his loved ones, and his deep affection for his wife was evident to all—he never missed an opportunity to brag about her. A lifelong Buckeye fan, Jimmy was always the loudest voice in cheering them on. In his downtime, he poured his heart into his cherished Chrysler 300, a car that was as much a part of him. He adored having good times and laughter with friends, often with a cold Bud Light in hand. Music, particularly rock, was a passion he carried with him, and his love for animals was reflected in the care he gave to his eight beloved pets. For many years, Jimmy dedicated himself to Rumpke, where he worked tirelessly until the end. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Family will receive friends Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 2-4PM, with a Memorial Service to Follow at 4PM at SCHOEDINGER EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5360 E. Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43232. Please share a memory or send condolences to Jimmy’s family.
