John F. "Frank" Harmon, age 80, of Upper Arlington, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born March 3, 1936 in Columbus, OH, son of the late Neal Harmon and Marge Hagans. Frank retired as Sinking Fund administrator with The City of Columbus following 28 years of service. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 56 years, Sonja Harmon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Sharon Harmon, VA; Ralph and Patti Hagans, FL and Jeff Hagans, Columbus and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Hagans. He was a graduate of Columbus North High School. Veteran U.S. Army. At Frank's request, there will be no services.
