John Arden Holbrook, Jr., age 73, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at The Ohio State University Hospice of Central Ohio. John was born on April 23, 1946 in Ravenswood, West Virginia to John A. and Lydia (Crawford) Holbrook, Sr. John loved Street Rods and golf. Survived by his wife, Shirley Holbrook; daughters, Kimberly Dawn Holbrook of Waco, TX and Tammy (Mike Tobias) Dancy of Columbus; sons, Matthew John (Rhonda) Holbrook of Pinnsboro, WV and Mark Alan (Denise) Holbrook of Harrisville, WV; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; special friends, Bradley Lowery son of Chris and Alicia Lowery and Tucker Tobias son of Aaron and Alison Tobias. Memorial service will be held on June 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Little River Community Church, Little River, SC with Pastor Johnny Crawford, Jr. officiating.
