Elmer Houdashelt, age 89, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018. He was born August 15, 1929 in Minersville, Ohio to the late William and Nora (Eichinger) Houdashelt. Also preceding him in death was his loving wife, Pat Houdashelt; sister, Marie Houdashelt; brother, Ed Houdashelt; and step-son, Tim Dietz. Elmer was a longtime teacher and baseball coach at Grove City High School. He loved spending time in his garden and wood working. Elmer will be deeply missed by his daughter, Tracy Houdashelt; step-daughter, Penny Dietz; brother, Don Houdashelt; nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 4-7pm Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
