John Waterbury Rowley

John W. Rowley, age 69, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on June 25, 1948 to the late John and Martha Rowley. He retired from the Ohio Credit Union League after 30+ years of dedicated service. John was a member of Eastview United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson, George Rowley; brother in-law, Dan Rheinscheld; and sister in-law, Gayle Rheinscheld. John is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Cynthia Rowley; son, Matt (Rebecca) Rowley; daughter, Amy (Tyrone) Andrews; grandchildren, Tyler, Samantha, and Blake Rowley, Kevin Thomas, and Aaliyah and Amare Andrews; sister, Kim (Wray) Simmerman; brother, Steven (Missy) Rowley; brother in-law, Robert Rheinscheld; sisters in-law, Elizabeth (Tom) Storts, and Judy Rheinscheld; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 2:00PM-5:00PM at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43232 where funeral service will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 10:00AM. Pastor John Maynard officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
