Johnnie Weaver Heaton, age 73, formerly of Anderson, South Carolina, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011, one week following the death of her husband of 50 years, Earl Cleve Heaton. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, April Hunter in 1984. Johnnie had retired from Anderson Memorial Hospital where she worked as a patient representative. Surviving are her son, Dan Heaton; ex-daughter-in-law, Sharon Croft; sisters, Violet Muse, Lucille (Bill) Tribble and Vera (Dick) Harris; brothers-in-law, Lafoy (Bonnie), Gene (Faye), Calvin (Shirley) and William (Cathy); sister-in-law, Barbara Ann (Ermon) Driggers. A Memorial Service for Earl Cleve and Johnnie will be held at 12pm Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Woodlawn-Soseby Funeral Home, in Anderson, SC; family will receive friends at the home of Calvin Heaton, 411 Blair St., Anderson, SC.
