

Jordan Jacob Levey, age 39, passed away September 14, 2021. He was born November 4, 1981 in Toledo, Ohio to Brenda (Fike) and the late Craig E. Levey. He graduated from Southview High School in Sylvania, class of 2000, and earned a bachelor's degree in forensic anthropology from The Ohio State University.
Jordan was selfless, smart, funny and passionate about many things, especially Buckeye football, the Cleveland Browns, cars, live music and being there for his people. He was a man who would spend an evening after a long day of work teaching his niece how to ride a bike, drop everything to let a friend's dog out or play Hot Wheels on the floor with his nephew for hours at a time.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Brenda and Donald Hofstetter; sisters Emily (Matt) Crowe along with Olivia and Porter, Lauren Levey along with Ainsley and Eevie; his grandmother Mary (Douglas) Scribner, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that became his family.
A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, October 16 upstairs at Park Street Tavern in Columbus from 1-4 p.m.
