He worked there as a medical illustrator and held positions at several firms until becoming a computer systems manager for The Ohio State University for nearly 20 years.
José’s interests were deeply rooted in the arts. He created many large paintings and sculptures, several of which adorned the walls of the homes of family and friends. Home improvement was his passion. José renovated and added onto the family home several times, creating a living space full of unique flare and Spanish charm. He was a world traveler, having visited many international destinations on 4 continents. Most of all he was a devoted husband and father to his wife and two sons.
