Joy A. Krueger

Joy Ann (Firoben) Krueger, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday January 20th, 2018. She was born to very loving parents, Charles and Dorothy Firoben on December 30, 1938. Joy grew up on E. Beaumont Rd. with her two brothers, Tom and Jerry. There they had a wonderful childhood and their friends were always welcome. Joy was a homemaker for most of her life; she was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. She also loved going to movies, listening to country music, dancing with her husband Ron, hanging out with the Wednesday night bowling ladies, and most of all spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Firoben, husband Ronald, brother Jerry and sister-in-law Ruth Firoben. She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Brant (Jennifer), Todd (Julie), Troy (Tracy), daughter Shera Abbott (Frank Harrison), 10 grandchildren, Zachary, Megan, Heather, Taylor, Joshua (Kelsey), Mackenzie, Amanda, Amber, Cory, and Luke; her brother Tom (Patty) Firoben, sister-in-law Lee Baldwin and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Sunday, January 28 from 3-6 PM at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd, where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10 AM.
