Julio C. Martinez-Martinez

Julio Cesar Martinez-Martinez, age 35, passed away as a result of an auto accident on Saturday, May 15, 2021. He was born on May 22, 1985 in Mexico City, Mexico to Lorenzo Martinez-Cruz and Maria Martinez-Antonio. Julio was currently enrolled in Barber School to become a Barber. He was a musician specializing in percussion. He also enjoyed motorcycles. Julio will be remembered for being a very caring person and loved to help other people. Julio would be the designated driver for anyone who would need a ride home. He often called himself "Dr. Tinez-Tinez" as his way of showing he would take care of others. Preceded in death by his sister, Ana Cecilia Martinez-Martinez. Survived by his wife, Shanikqua; daughter, Mya; parents, Lorenzo and Maria; sister, Elia (Efrain Rivera-Rios) Martinez-Martinez; nieces and nephews, Carlos, Karla, Owen, Alexa, Analia; many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St. where visitation will follow from 4-7 pm.

Currently we are under the guidelines of 35 people for the funeral service and 35 people in the room rotating out during visitation.
