J.W. Smith, 74, of Columbus passed away on Saturday, July17th, at Heartland of Dublin. Mr. Smith was born and raised in Winchester, Kentucky. He was CEO of Mobile Audio Testing until is retirement. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Beverly Crigger Smith; his sons, Allen Smith and Andrew Smith; grandchildren, Alexander Smith and Victoria Smith; also, his sister, Saundra Puckett of Winchester, KY; and several nieces and a nephew. He also leaves behind his faithful companions, Rascal and Rudy. A visitation will be held on Monday, July 26, 2021, from 4PM until 7PM at the Schoedinger Worthington funeral home, 6699 North High Street. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Franklin County Animal Shelter.
