Kathleen Kay Sipe

Kathleen Kay Sipe, age 67 a resident of Worthington, died Tuesday, November 3, 2009. She was a graduate of OSU with a Masters Degree in Cardio Physiology, a CCRN Charge Nurse with many Critical Care Units in Columbus and an ACLS Licensed Instructor. She is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Edna Copenhaver, daughter Perri Lynne, grandchildren Jessica, and Adam. She is survived by her loving husband Jerry Sipe of forty seven years, children Lori Ann Sipe, Tracy Lee (Tyla) Sipe, nine grandchildren Billy, Kathryn, Shannon, Bryan, Scott, Juliett, Anthony, Nicholas, Sarah, great grandchildren Danika and Trinity, brother Lynn Copenhaver, sisters Brenda Epps, Dianne Copenhaver, Donna Banet, Rhonda Lewis, several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-6 PM at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of I-270). Funeral service will be held Monday at 11 AM.
