Kathryn M. "Dolly" Kauffman

Kathryn M. “Dolly” Kauffman, 80, of Columbus, formerly of Columbiana, passed away on September 3, 2019. She was born on May 10, 1939 in Baden, Pennsylvania to Joseph Carmen and Anna (Spinosi) Polito. In addition to her parents, Dolly was preceded in death by sister Marie, and brother Carmen.

Dolly loved to dance, and to support the arts. She attended many shows and concerts and loved people with musical talents. She was a CT technologist, worked at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Robinson Memorial Hospital and The Ohio State University Hospital until the age of 65. She was well respected and loved by all.

Dolly will be greatly missed by her children, Audrey, (and Chris), Jo Anne, ( and Gary), Amy, (and Larry), Gillian, and John ( and Sheena) and her beloved dog Heidi. She will also greatly be missed by her siblings, Sonny ( and Daisy), Janice, ( and Ed), JoAnne, Donna Lynn, Raymond, ( and Sharon), Julie, (and Nick), and Peggy (Carmen).

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 4:00-7:00pm at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 North High Street. Mass of Catholic Burial will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 10:00am at St. Paul Catholic Church, 313 North State Street, Westerville. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
