

Kenneth H. Schooley, a cowboy at heart, age 78 of Orient passed away Friday, April 27, 2018, surrounded by family in the comfort of his home. Kenneth was born in Columbus to the late Paul and Betty Schooley and attended South High School. He retired as a Refrigeration/HVAC service mechanic with The Tom Cannon Company and Big Bear after 42 years of service. He was drawn to the cowboy life when his uncle purchased his first horse "Thunder" at the age of 9. This began a lifelong love of horses and the cowboy life. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife Barbara Ann Schooley; and 2nd wife Patricia Schooley. He is survived by his sons Chris, Keith (Mishelle), Bob, Kenneth, Shawn (Darveda), and Troy (Jami) Schooley; daughter Cheryl (Allen) Brewer; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; brothers Donald (Rita) and Ron (Sally) Schooley; sister Paula (Bruce) Bowman; brother-in-law James (Gay) Pabst; 7 nieces; 2 nephews; his dog Duncan; and goat Willie. A special care provided by Mt. Carmel Hospice (Danielle Jeskey) and daughter in law Darveda. A Celebration of Kenneth's Life will be held at the Commercial Point Community Men's Club 26 West Scioto St Commercial Point, Ohio 43116 on May 6th , 2018 1pm-4pm.
