Kevin Keith Gowins

Kevin K. Gowins, of Columbus, abundantly loving and endlessly devoted father, brother, and friend passed on December 27, 2023. He was born on September 22,1959, to the late Robert Earl and Jean Marie Gowins. Kevin was a graduate of the Ohio State University (1995). He was a lover of interior design and architecture. It was all about the details, and with a fined tuned creative eye he spent his life making his, his family, and friend’s existences more beautiful. Kevin was one who you’d find hosting tastefully curated parties or drinking a glass (or two...or three) of Pinot Noir at the hippest restaurants around town, sharing infectious smiles and laughs with the company around him. He was truly, one of a kind and will be more than missed. His strength, style, and heart are proudly continued by his daughter; Bailey Gowins; sister, Kimberley K. Rose; brother, Timothy P. Gowins (Cassie); brother, Robert E. Gowins Jr. (Randy); many nieces and nephews; best friend, Sherrie Sims; best friend Natalie Walston Abbott; and many other close friends. A private celebration of life will be held between family and friends.
