Kimberly I Miller

Kimberly I. Miller, age 54, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Kobacker House. Kimberly was born on May 25, 1969 in Piqua, Ohio to John and Irene Smith. Kim was described as a caring and loving person, who could talk to anyone and whom everyone liked. Kim will be remembered for being the pillar and backbone of her family. She would always put others first before herself. She was known for being loyal, honest, believing in you, and the impact she had on the people around her. Kim’s happiest moments in life were watching over her children and grandchildren, gardening which included her green thumb and keeping family legacy plants alive, her dogs, collecting angels, and being an Ohio State and San Francisco 49’s fan. She will be remembered for cooking and making everyone’s favorite chicken and dumplings. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Irene Smith. Survived by her children, Kimberly Nicole Miller, Donnie Lee Schumacher, Johnny Schumacher, and Russell Blankenship; step-daughter, Stephanie N. Miller; several grandchildren; siblings, Jeff (Sonya), Brian, Danny and Amanda; many nieces and nephews; ex-husband of 25 years, Steve Miller; along with many other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Advantage Funeral Home and Crematory by Schoedinger Hilltop, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204 where visitation will follow from 5-7 pm.
