Larry Doyle Longstreth, 69 of Columbus, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012. He was born March 23, 1943 in Columbus and preceded in death by parents Myron and Virginia (Marshall) Longstreth. He was a 1961 graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School where he was a member of the band and a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a member of the Broad Street Christian Church and retired after 38 years from Lucent. Larry was a devoted son who cared for his father the last 6 years of his life. He was a loving husband and father and will be missed by Margaret his wife of 47 years and son Andrew D. Longstreth, along with his cousin Dale (Marty) Longstreth. Family will receive friends Friday from 10:30 AM until time of service at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow in Mifflin Twp. Cemetery.
