Linda Marie Evans

Linda was born on March 25, 1946 in Gahanna to the late Marie and Oscar Fridenmaker. She graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School, The Ohio State University and Franklin University. She retired from IT at Nationwide Insurance after 39 years of service. Linda married George Evans in 1979 and they lived in Pataskala for many years before retiring in 2005 to Las Cruces. They loved playing golf together and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 38 years, George Evans. She is survived by her step-son, George Chadwick Evans.

No services will be observed. Linda and George will be laid to rest together at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43213. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Living Hospice or to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org. Arrangements entrusted to Schoedinger East.
