

Linda was born in Newark, Ohio on December 17, 1942 to Eugene Colangelo and Mary (Wells) Colangelo.
Linda's life was filled with family and friends, ministry, practicing her faith through learning and service to others. She continued her love of learning, most recently taking classes on grief, ptsd, and general counseling. Respected, loved and known by an immense amount of people. Her greatest strengths came from her faith in Christ and the Word of God. She was filled with humor, grace and the ability to help others shine.
She loved to dance and sew. She shared those talents by creating and participating in the flags/banners and liturgical dance ministries, both brought her great joy. She was known for her spirit of hospitality, various talents, knowledge of scripture and a boundless amount of energy.
Mom loved to travel: United States, Israel, Mexico and the Caribbean. Ministry work in her latter years included: the United States, Japan, and Africa. She became an ordained Minister in 2007. She was a member of Women With a Call, Int. and Royal Kingdom Ministries.
She is survived by her sister, Rita Jean Colangelo; daughters, Michele (Gibney) Ray, Susan (Gibney) Bussard, Anne Gibney, adopted in heart daughters: Trish Coleman (James Penn) and Kim Coleman; nieces, Julie Waldrop and Jennifer Waldrop-Colangelo; Grandchildren, Dawn (D'Andrea) Ward, Heath D'Andrea, Tomasita (Blades) Rowe, Jessica (Blades) Ball, Sean and Richard Braisted, Christopher and Jackson Burcham, Brandon, Jonathon, Aaron and Rachel Bussard, Michael, Bethany, Jimmy Penn, Triston and Tiere Richardson, Kyle Coleman; Great-Grandchildren,
Ezekiel Slobig, Nicolas Bussard, Cadence Bussard, Legend Teller, Abigail Davis, Evan and Emma Ball, Shane Stiffler, Austin Rowe, Anthony and Matthew Braisted, Caden McColley; Great Niece and Nephew Chiarina Bostic and Carson Bowers.
Calling hours will be held 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am Monday, January 19, 2015 at Royal Kingdom Ministries, 3171 Schwartz Road, Columbus, OH.
