Linda S. Greer

Linda S. Greer, 60 of Worthington, passed away at her home Wednesday, September 29, 2010 after a lengthy illness. She was born May 5, 1950 in Caryville, TN. She grew up in Fairborn, OH and was a 1968 graduate of Fairborn High School. Linda received her nursing degree from Sinclair Community College and worked in the home health and psychiatric fields. She often went above and beyond in her care for patients. Linda enjoyed traveling to the Southwest, flower gardening, bird watching, and attending concerts. She loved animals and nature. Linda will be remembered by her family for her sincerity, selflessness, giving nature, and style. Preceded in death by her brother, James. Linda will be missed by her parents, James and Veda Ellison; her loving husband of 15 years, Keith; daughter, Julie (Philip) Smith, and their children, Sophie, Sam, Sylvia, and Sunnie; daughter, Robin (Robert) Pelles, and their children, Abigail and Madelyn; and step-son, Adam (Vanessa) Greer, and their son, Dylan. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 1pm at Tabernacle of the Lord Jesus Christ, 1520 Waco St., Troy, OH. Arrangements entrusted to Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, Columbus.
