Lisa Anne Mallett

Lisa Anne Mallet was born in Lawrence Mass, lived and died in Columbus OH.

Lisa is survived by her beloved family - partner, Liz Waterhouse; son, David Beynen-Waterhouse and parents, John and Alex Waterhouse; her siblings, Lee, Laura, Jennifer, predeceased by her brother, Andrew; many beloved cousins, family members and friends; dear friend Adrienne Dickson and the Dickson family; and her beloved cats, Ozzie and Benjamin.

Lisa attended Phillips Academy in Andover, Mount Holyoke College and graduated from Ohio State University with a BA in Philosophy. Lisa had almost completed her Masters in Social Work when she was diagnosed.

Lisa loved sport, music, science fiction and video games, and was passionately committed to making the world a better place. Lisa was respected for her work on Listening2lesbians.com.

Lisa will be remembered in Columbus on 22nd July at the Hoover Sailing Club at 6.30 pm, and in Perth, Australia in August.

Lisa was a woman of great compassion and empathy, wit and joy who inspired and encouraged others. We are devastated by her death.
