Lucy J. Ferry, age 84, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010. Lucy was born January 5, 1926 in Louisa, KY to the late William and Ida (Delong) Salmons. She retired from General Motors in 1976. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Ferry II; and brothers, James, Anderson, William, and Ellsworth Salmons. Lucy is survived by her son, Joseph (Cherie) Ferry; grandsons, Jeff and Ryan Ferry; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Harold and Joseph Salmons; sisters, Lesta B. Law, Zella Mae Stevens, and Helen Corsi; many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, February 22 at the SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City where the family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m. prior to the funeral.
