Lyndel Howard, age 63, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at his home after his courageous battle with cancer and left the family too soon. He was born August 13, 1951 to Frank Howard and Delia (Wilson) Howard in Paintsville, Kentucky. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Elisa Howard; his parents; brother, Phillip (Kathy) Howard; sisters, Elaine (Donald) Stanley and Connie (Frank) Weimer; four children, Danny (Candy) Howard, Renae (Steve) Gamble, Eric Howard and Andrew (Rachelle) Howard; numerous loving grandchildren, one great-grandchild; relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12 noon, Thursday, April 30, 2015 at St. James the Less Catholic Church, 1652 Oakland Park Avenue. Fr. Clarence Williams, Celebrant. Interment to follow at Lithopolis Cemetery.
