Mallory Blair Pendleton

On Monday, August 19, 2019, Mallory Blair Pendleton passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 26. Mallory was born January 8, 1993 in Columbus, OH to David and Barbara (Bates) Pendleton. She attended Central Crossing High School where she enjoyed spending time socializing with peers. Her faith in Christ was very important to her and grew up within the Grove City Church of the Nazarene. There, she spent much of her time volunteering with the Church Mouse Praise House making children smile while teaching them about the love of God. She knew about the love of God and loved sharing that love to others through her servant''s heart.

Mallory had passions for many things in life. She enjoyed visiting her favorite places: Starbucks, Target, Chipotle, most of all, Disney. She enjoyed collecting Minnie Mouse ears from Walt Disney World every chance she could. Her love for life was admired by many as many never heard her complain, but instead, had a smile and joyful outlook on life. She was well known for her infectious smile, her heart of gold and love for God.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, David and Nancy Bates and Janet Pendleton. Her aunt Julie Allen.

Mallory is survived by her father, David, and her mother, Barbara. She is survived by her brother, Tyler. Grandfather Jeffrey Pendleton, Aunt Linda (Greg) McKinster. Cousins Stephanie McKinster (Al Williamson), Staci (Donny) Williamson, Duncan McKinster, Kelly Tiger; and many other relatives.

She also leaves behind are special friends Kayla Harlow, Lyndsey Wilcox, The Wilson Family (Jeff, Jenny, Amanda, Kayley, Megan, Aly and Emma). Emily Goldhardt, Mike Morris, Sami Morris and Karen Morris. The Church Mouse Praise House Church Mice and puppet teams; and many other friends.

Visitation will be held 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Rd., Grove City, Ohio 43123. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Church Mouse Praise House at the Grove City Church of Nazarene and Columbus Police Department K9 Grief Therapy Unit.
