Eleanor “Margaret” Thompson Brokaw, age 88, of Upper Arlington, Ohio passed away January 7, 2012. Margaret lived her faith. She loved cats, especially her beloved Annie and Felix, and was supportive of community cat welfare organizations. Margaret was a founding member of the Calligraphy Guild of Columbus and former chair of Art-IX. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Newton A. Brokaw, in 2008 as well as her brother, Charles Thompson. Margaret is survived by two sisters, Betty Monaghan and Helen “Polly” Miller and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11am Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Rd., Columbus, OH 43221 with visitation one hour prior; Rev.
