Margaret Kathleen Canfield

Margaret Kathleen Canfield, 94, of Circleville, Ohio, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Pickaway Manor in Circleville. She was born December 17, 1915 in Sutton, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Harry and Lela (Jackson) Canfield. She came from West Virginia to work at the local Owens-Illinois plant where she was considered a loyal and valuable employee. She retired from there after more than 30 years of service, but remained in Circleville, which she’d come to love as her home.

She enjoyed bowling and playing cards. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Charles Kenneth Canfield. She is survived by nieces, Ilene (Richard) Canfield Sexton of Tucson, AZ and Yvonne (Alfred) Canfield Richard of Riverside, CA; great-nieces, Leslie (Tolga) Ozguner, Michelle (Scott) Woolsey, Tracy (Rob) Plummer; and great-nephew, Charles (Monica) Richard; special friend, Flo Betts; and caregiver, Danielle Congrove.
