Graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School of Newark, OH. While always a floral designer by trade, she also worked as a merchandiser for Woolworth in the Westland Mall in the 1980s. She was a long time resident of Nazareth Towers of Columbus where she lovingly served many years as sacristan to Msgr. Roland T. Winel. Known for her bold, intensely loving, no nonsense expectation that everyone learn what is right and then do it, she believed in getting as much accomplished in each day as absolutely possible. She lived a life of constant prayer, attending daily Mass and praying the rosary. She loved to talk, to read, and to drink epic amounts of hot, black coffee. While there is no one who can ever fill her shoes, she would certainly expect us all to walk in our own. Friends may call on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 4:00PM-7:00PM with Rosary at 6:30PM at the HOPE and HEART FUNERAL HOME BY SCHOEDINGER, 3030 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204. Mass of Christian Burial will held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10:00AM at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 2165 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. Fr. Kevin Lutz, Celebrant. Burial at Sunset Cemetery immediately following. Flowers are appropriate and welcomed!
