Marion Orcutt "Mimi" Moore, 75, of Gahanna, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 24, 2015 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Born in Cleveland on October 1, 1939 and raised in Corry, Pennsylvania, she is the daughter of the late George N. and Margaret "Pat" (Sullivan) Orcutt. Mimi leaves behind her husband Ronald W. Moore of 54 years; her son Frederick "Rick" (Brenda) Moore of Gahanna, her daughter Margaret "Ellen" (Eric) McCoy of Pickerington; grandchildren Branden, Kyle, and Amber McCoy, and Erin Moore; siblings Janet Blatt-Windahl, John Orcutt, Margaret MacPherson, and Georgia Orcutt. Mimi enjoyed reading, baking, and teaching early childhood education. Her Christmas French silk pies will be missed dearly. A private service will be held followed by cremation. Contributions may be made in Mimi's memory to the Columbus Metropolitan Library or charity of choice.
